For larger HMOs with 7-20 bedrooms or MUFBs with 7-20 units, up to 70% LTV is available on loans up to £1.5m, for both purchases and remortgages.

For properties with up to six bedrooms, LTVs are available up to 75%.

Offering interest-only options, our criteria can support both converted and purpose-built HMOs – with investment value being considered.

We also could help with large portfolio* cases where properties are on either a single freehold or in multiple locations.
