Payments are calculated using the Bank of England Base Rate (BBR) applicable at the time of the quote (currently 0.1%), subject to a minimum floor rate of 0.75%. The start rate is the lifetime floor rate for a loan.

The first payment for loans completing on or before the 15th of a month will be on the 1st working day of the following month. For loans completing after the 15th, the payment for the short month will be added to the following month's payment

Early Repayment Charges

ERC will be 3% for the first 5 years, then 1% for the life of the loan, ERC will be 4% in year 1, 3% for the remaining fixed rate period, then 1% for the life of the loan
