- The Organiser of this competition (‘the Competition’) and Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other applicable data protection law is OneSavings Bank plc or one of its subsidiaries (including but not limited to InterBay Funding Limited t/a InterBay Commercial and Charter Court Financial Services Limited t/a Precise Mortgages), registered office Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, ME4 4ET (‘the Organiser’).

- The Competition is open only to individuals over the age of 18 years who are currently working in the United Kingdom as a mortgage intermediary.
- The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
- Only one entry per person can be submitted.
- The Competition will open at 9am on Friday 10 November 2023 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 4pm on Friday 10 November 2023 (the ‘Closing Date’). Entries received after that time will not be considered.
- The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries not submitted due to a technical fault of any kind.
- There is only one prize available:
- £250.00 John Lewis Voucher
- Entrants should refer to the terms and conditions (see below) of the Prize provider before entering the Competition. The Organiser is not responsible for any issues relating to the booking or use of the Prizes.
- The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entries if they are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser.
- To enter the Competition, entrants must;
- Visit the Organiser’s stand at the Finance Professional Show located at B12 in the Exhibition Hall; and
- Participate in the Golf Putting Game which involves the entrant having two attempts to putt a golf ball into one of the holes on the mock golf green at the Organiser’s stand. Each successful putt will then receive the points that are displayed on the individual hole.
- The winner will be determined by the highest total score achieved by both attempts.
- If there is more than 1 entrant with the same highest score, then those entrants will be put into a prize draw and the winner selected by using a computerised random prize generator.
- If an entry is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 11 above, it will be rejected and will not be entered into the competition.
- The winner will be selected on 13 November 2023 from all valid entries between the Opening and Closing Date having achieved the highest score.
- The winner will be notified by email no later than 20 November 2023 and must provide an email address or postal delivery address for their prize to be delivered. The Prize will be sent to either the email or delivery address provided by the winner. Should the winner fail to provide their email or delivery address within 14 days of being contacted by the Organiser, the Prize will be forfeited.
- All entrants who fulfil the criteria detailed above at paragraph 11 will have an equal chance of winning the Competition.
- The Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment or discount and are not transferable.
- The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize or substitute for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original Prize becomes unavailable. Any changes will be displayed on the Organiser’s internet page.
- The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into about such decisions.
- The Competition is not open to employees of the Organiser, or any of their families.
- The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Competition at any time without notice.
- By entering this Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Organiser will process the personal data of the entrants (name, email, business postcode and business name) in accordance with its obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law for the purposes of the administration of the Competition.

- The entrants and winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and for their name and photographs to be used in such publicity. The entrants and winners will be given the chance to object to such publication, or ask for less information to be published.
- If any entrant and/or winner wishes to withdraw their consent for use of their name and image for the above purposes at any stage, they should contact the Organiser at events@osb.co.uk. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Organiser before the entrant withdraws their consent.
- The winners surname and county of residence will be available 14 days after 20 November 2023 by emailing the following address events@osb.co.uk.
- All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in relation to the Competition.
