    Transfer to a Limited Company or a New Legal Entity

    We understand the importance of the ability to transfer to a new legal entity in the current market. That’s why, in most cases, applicable ERCs can be waived and other associated costs kept to a minimum. To discuss your client’s requirements, please call your specialist finance account manager.
