As physical valautions have recommenced In England, we're now offering up to 75% LTV on buy to let mortgages. We can progress buy to let applications in Wales up to valuation stage only. For semi-commercial cases, we're able to underwrite to valuation instructed stage but we’re unable to progress to valuation.

Transfer to a Limited Company or a New Legal Entity
We understand the importance of the ability to transfer to a new legal entity in the current market. That’s why, in most cases, applicable ERCs can be waived and other associated costs kept to a minimum. To discuss your client’s requirements, please call your Senior Business Development Manager.
